Restoration of Educational Advancement Programs (REAP) is a national non-for-profit social enterprise with 20 years of experience providing a range of services to the people of Liberia in the areas of education, psychosocial counseling, life skills enhancement, early childhood development, adult literacy, leadership development and entrepreneurship.
REAP’s Vocational, Technical & Career Institute (REAP-VTCI) was established to provide skills-based training to beneficiaries/students, coupled with an emphasis on character development, principled-based leadership, and entrepreneurship, to equip them with marketable employment and life skills to become productive members of society, whether as model employees or successful business owners.
REAP-VTCI’s target group includes underprivileged youth, young adults, high school graduates, women farmers, orphans, indigents persons in Bentol City, and emerging professionals in its surroundings areas. The Institute offers the following majors/certificates: General Agriculture, Tailoring, Automotive Technology (Auto Mechanics), Home Economics & Hospitality (Food Processing), General Construction, Early Childhood Development Education, Christian Education & Counseling. Course offerings to be expanded in 2023, to include virtual trainings, remote classes, apprenticeship programs, and industry-recognized certifications.
Graduates of REAP-VTCI go on to pursue advanced education, successfully enter the workforce, or become self-employed entrepreneurs, agriculturists, or business owners.

Expose beneficiaries/students to a range of revenue generating opportunities in their respective fields.

Provide resources and networks to facilitate the launch of small businesses and agribusiness ventures and to empower local farmers (particularly women farmers) and local entrepreneurs.

Promote character-based leadership, entrepreneurship, and community service.

Customized Programs: REAP-VTCI offers customized programming and specific offerings for those desiring to enhance their understanding or sharpen their skills in the respective disciplines offered.

Sponsorship: With support from partners, REAP-VTCI recruits high school graduates within the age range of 16-24 and covers the cost of full tuition, room & board (which includes dormitory living, 3 meals a day, and electricity for boarders and staff).
